Shipping policy

We ship within the Continental US and offer a flat rate shipping of $8.50 for all orders. orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped at the lowest rate possible. Please note that heavy and bulky items may have a higher shipping fee. Please contact us at 215-345-8655 with any shipping questions.

Most shipment are processed with 2 business days and will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Custom items, set pillows and/or invitations will ship when take longer due to them needing to be created. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that once an order leaves our store, we are not in control of the time it takes in transit. During the holiday season, please understand that there could be delays due to the high volume of packages that are being delivered. 

If you require expedited shipping please call us at 215-345-8655 and we will let you know what the additional fees will be to express ship.

The Paper Unicorn is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the Unite State Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that we do not ship outside of the us or work with freight forwarding companies or resellers.
